NEWS:
BAYTHORNE END The Council's application via Braintree District Council Rural Initiatives Fund for some new play equipment at Baythorne End has been successful.
New Equipment has now been installed. Thanks go to Braintree District Council.

The Parish Council looks forward to welcoming residents who wish to view the plans for the Abberton Scheme from Northumbrian Water. Plans wil be on display from 6.30pm on the 4th March to be held on on 4th March 2008 in the Commuity House Birdbrook and the Annual Assembly both to be held on on 4th March 2008 in the Commuity House Birdbrook Annual Assembly will start at 7.30pm and the Parish Council meeting will start at 8.00pm

Thanks to Grant Funding from Essex County Council New Initiatives Fund and from Braintree District Council,
Birdbrook Parish Council is pleased to announce that
New Play Equipment has been installed in the Play Area at Birdbrook Village.
The new equipment consists of a play equipment for the younger ones - which is called A Play Pod Traverse
and there are two Kick Walls for the older Age Group
There is a newly renovated piece of equipment installed at Baythorne End
which is a Kick Wall for ball games this as been made possible
with some funding from the Halstead Youth Initiative Project
who have passed on small sums from the fund which has now been wound up.
October 2007 - Baythorne End Play Area
New Equipment has now been installed.
It is hoped this will benefit children and their parents to interact through play,
thanks go to Braintree District Council
for a grant towards the cost of the equipment and installation
